制作心得
蔓越莓干也可以用其他果脯代替。
材料 糖粉45克,黄油78克,全蛋液35克,蔓越莓干30克,低筋面粉110克
1.面糊制作
糖粉倒入软化的黄油中,用电动打蛋器搅打1分钟左右。分2次加入全蛋液,充分搅打均匀。加入切成细末的蔓越莓干,搅拌均匀。筛入低筋面粉搅拌均匀。将面糊装入布质裱花袋,用大号的菊花8齿裱花嘴。

2.挤一挤,烤一烤
在铺有油纸的烤盘中挤上菊花状(或圈状)生坯,饼坯大小要一致。送入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火,175℃,烤15分钟左右。
